Q: For how long we have been in the swimming pool business?
A: We have been in this swimming pool business since 2005 (before this, we're known as A.S. Pool Tech & Supply)

Q: Besides swimming pool, what else did you do?
A: We provide total solutions for swimming pool and fountain mainly. But we do offer other services that are related to our scope of work. See our portfolios for more informations.

Q: Are you registered with Ministry Of Treasury Malaysia (Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia?)
A: Yes! We are Ministry Of Treasury Malaysia validated and registered company.

A: There are few basic steps you can follow. First, click 'E-Shop' on the top menu > Click on the products category > Select your product > Select Quantity> Click 'Add to cart' > You will get a notice, and please select 'continue' to continue shopping, or 'cart' to checkout. > If you click 'cart', you will be directed to your cart's page > You can edit, remove or modify your orders here > After done, click 'checkout' > You will be required to fill in your previous username and password (for existing customer) , or for a new customer, you're required to register. After registered, our site will email a copy of the invoice to your registered e-mail address.  After this process completed, please allow 2-3 working days for our representative to reach you. If it turns out that we do not response to your order, please contact us directly at 03- 6250 6798 to check your order.

Q: Do you have physical store?
A: Yes! We do have physical store, and our store (showroom) is located at Kepong.(Please refer our contact address)

Q: Can I purchase all the swimming pool products directly from your physical store?
A: Yes! It would be much better for you to collect your orders direct from our showroom as it can  save you both the delivery cost and time.

Q: How about the payment?
A: We accept only bank-transfer, TT, and cash for the mean time.

SWIMMING POOL PRODUCTS, WARRANTY & DELIVERY

Q: What swimming pool products that you carry?
A: Currently, we carry swimming pool products that range from Astral, Hayward, Oase, and Waterco, and many other major swimming pool product brands. We work closely with the principles as the distributor.

Q: How about the swimming pool product warranty?
A: All our swimming pool products are under warranty from the manufacturer and it's based on back-to-back warranty, and some are limited warranty. It's vary from one product range to another. Please re-confirm with our sales representative during your purchase.

Q: Do you provide delivery?
A: We do ship all the swimming pool products to all over major places in the world, (and all places within Malaysia) at a cost. We basically don't make any profit from the delivery, and the cost will be absorbed by the customer. For within Malaysia, our delivery agents are: Skynet and Pos Laju. International: DHL
